The Food Industry Documents Archive is created by the University of California San Francisco Library in collaboration with the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies. Funding for the initial 'Sugar Documents' Collections has been provided by the Laura and John Arnold Foundation and the Samuel Lawrence Foundation. The scope of the Food Industry Documents Archive is expected to expand beyond sugar.
